The purpose of the learning package is to make children of primary school age aware of the multicultural society in which they live. It is to bring to their attention when, where and how these people from the ethnic minorities came to Wolverhampton to settle.

The package is designed to give these children an opportunity to listen to the first hand accounts of these people, to ask questions and to gather historical information which they can then incorporate into various teacher directed tasks.
